Shrirang Chokappa successfully defended his MSc thesis on March 27, 2025, with committee Jani Kotakoski (supervisor), Paul Winkler, Paola Ayala and Manuel Längle. The title of his thesis is "Selective defect creation in 2D hexagonal boron nitride via low-energy Ar+ irradiation".
